We are excited to announce a brand-new community collaboration between United Way and Utica Royalties!
On October 17th from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, United Way and Utica Royalties will come together to host the FIRST-EVER The United Royalties Spooktacular at 730 Broadway, right across the street from City Hall!
This event is all about community, collaboration, and coming together to create a fun and memorable experience for youth and families. When organizations, businesses, community members, and families work together, we can create something truly special.
What to Expect
We are planning an afternoon filled with fun, laughter, creativity, and family-friendly activities, including:
Costume Contest
Haunted House
Spectacular Community Cook-off
Games, activities, and family fun
Treats and surprises
Prizes and giveaways
And so much more!
Because this is the first-ever The United Royalties Spooktacular, United Way and Utica Royalties are working together to build an event that brings our community together and creates positive memories for our young people.
There Are Many Ways to Support!
We are currently seeking:
Event sponsorships
In-kind donations and supplies
Halloween decorations
Candy and treats
Food and refreshments
Games and activity supplies
Prizes and giveaways
Vendor participation
Volunteers
Financial contributions
Or any other support you feel would help bring this event to life!
You do not have to make a large contribution to make a difference. A bag of candy, a decoration, a prize, a donated service, a volunteer hour, or a financial gift can all help us create a memorable experience for our young people and families.
We have attached the event flyer and sponsorship package with additional information about The United Royalties Spooktacular and the different ways you can get involved.
If you are interested in sponsoring, donating, becoming a vendor, volunteering, or providing in-kind support, please respond to this email by October 9th so we have enough time to coordinate and prepare for the event.
We would also greatly appreciate it if you would share the attached flyer and sponsorship package with businesses, organizations, churches, families, friends, and other community members who may want to be part of this collaboration.
Our goal is to create a safe, joyful, and welcoming space where young people and families can come together, have fun, celebrate, and create memories with their community.
This is more than just an event — it is an opportunity for United Way, Utica Royalties, and our community to come together and show our young people what is possible when we work together.
